We at NW Rugs are an online rug dealer with an extensive inventory of over 25,000 rugs. In the past, our only avenue for retail was through face-to-face interactions, and while we do offer one of the most comprehensive collections of rugs in the nation, the sheer size of our inventory produced a glaring need for expansion into online retailing. Online retail has not been around for very long, yet the sale of products on the internet has quickly become the standard in today's world, and the rug industry is no exception. Our forward thinking and innovative mindset has solidified our presence as a reliable online rug dealer, and while many may argue for the hands-on approach to buying rugs, our vision was, and still remains, to create a no pressure shopping experience with an emphasis on convenience and simplicity.

As you can imagine, browsing for rugs in person can become a tedious chore, and as an online rug dealer, we aim to remedy this. Our intentions are not to eliminate in-store participation, but instead, supplement the buying process and empower the consumer. While it has been challenging, the NW Rugs foray into the online rug dealer world has solidified a new tradition exemplified by dependability, quality, flexibility and adaptation.

This is really contradictory to our whole premise of quality, in person customer service. Why bother buying in our stores if it is “tedious” and “better” to buy on line. It would be better to say we have added online purchasing as an additional service and option for those who are unable, for whatever reason, to shop directly in one of our six beautiful showrooms.
